Simplicity and destitution are at the core of Ossature (2), a series of manipulations which deploy in very slow motion. A big whitish chap, established by several vaporous fabrics and papers, is lying on a table. In pair of shorts and white camisole, as ready to lift distort, I handle, model and feel the material to melt me in her and be its double. I borrow from the puppeteer’s art of manipulating an inanimate object and giving it life. I am interested in the fusion made possible by the joining of my body with this white mass. Some troubling ghost figures appear. The sound of papers hidden in the costume remind the bones of a skeleton.

Ossature (2), performance entamée en août 2017 à Lisbonne, trouve sa conclusion en 2018. La simplicité et le dénuement sont au cœur d’une série de manipulations qui se déploient dans un grand ralenti.
Un gros bonhomme blanchâtre, constitué de plusieurs tissus vaporeux et de papiers, gît sur une table. En short et camisole blanche, comme prête à soulever des altères, je manie, modèle et palpe la matière afin de me fondre en elle et être son double.
À l’image des performances précédentes où la quête d’un costume élaboré injecte à mon corps beaucoup de théâtralité dansée, cette nouvelle oeuvre laisse entrevoir une présence mystérieusement binaire.
