I am a multiple star of the name latinized by Rotanev and I am situated in the constellation Delphinus. Constantly un movements my multiple axes and sound waves form precise figures which come undone and re-form.
Rotanev was created for a presentation at the Xiang Xishi Center for Contemporary Art, in July 2018. Following the Ossature performance, I continued working with the body as a sculpture by contorting it and occasionally removing certain parts such as the head. I imagined a futurist poetry by replacing this visage with a paper vortex leading to a luminous emptiness. The character took the form of a dislocated human construct from which emerged arms without a torso and a spinal column without a neck. It expresses itself through a symphonic chant. I have worked with a few objects: colored paper, latex hat, plate, sound pedal linked to a micro-contact and mechanical toy insects.

Je suis une étoile multiple du nom latinisé de Rotanev et je me situe dans la constellation du Dauphin. Constamment en mouvements mes multiples axes et ondes sonores forment des figures précises qui se défont et se reforment.
Rotanev a été créée pour une présentation au Xiang Xishi Center For Contemporary Art en juillet 2018. Suite à la performance Ossature, j’ai continué à travailler avec le corps comme sculpture en le contorsionnant et en tronquant à certains moments des parties de corps comme la tête. J’avais en tête une poésie futuriste en remplaçant ce visage par un vortex de papier menant à un vide lumineux. La forme, sorte de construction humaine désarticulée fait émerger des bras sans tronc et une colonne vertébrale sans cou. Le personnage s’exprime à l’aide d’un chant symphonique. J’ai travaillé avec peu d’objets : papiers de couleur, casque en latex, assiette, pédale de son relié à un micro-contact et insectes-jouet.
